First of all let me set the record straight – I am a foodie. I absolutely love eating. When I meet people they often assume that because I co-authored Eat-ology I only eat to live. I truly believe you can love to eat and have your nutrition and eating patterns work for you instead of against you. The truth is you can enjoy food and still get results that relate to weight, health and energy. To be totally honest, I had no intention of writing a book. Eat-ology was a way to fix me. Thanks to my patients, family and friends and of course colleagues it has grown into something much larger than me.
